We translate your message in a way that resonates organically with your audience so you can reach, engage, market and brand in English and en français without missing a beat.
WHO WE ARE
Elite Communication is a translation boutique based in Montreal. Since 2006, we’ve translated 7 million words and earned the trust of a long-standing clientele by consistently delivering fast and raising the bar on quality.
WHAT WE DO
We provide general, administrative and commercial translation, from English to French and French to English, for the business, public and non-profit sectors. Need it in a jiffy? We’ll get it out the door same or next day and turn around your big projects in no time.
HOW WE DO IT
LOTS OF GREY MATTER
We’re picky about our people. In fact, we’ve evaluated over a hundred translators over the years. The chosen few are talented wordsmiths with sharp intellects who never lose sight of the bigger picture. What exactly makes a good translator? See what we think in this blog post.
THE RIGHT TECHNOLOGY
We use industry-leading software that allows us to instantaneously build and access databases of all your existing translations. This means we can seamlessly integrate into your organization’s bilingual corpora right from day one as if we’d been working together for years.
SMALL IS BEAUTIFUL
Our low-overhead operating structure allows us to provide agency capacity with the easy access, non-bureaucratic work processes and cost savings that come from working with a small team that genuinely cares.
Mathieu Gautier, Certified Translator
Mathieu was predestined for a career in translation: son of an anglophone father and francophone mother, he grew up in an English neighbourhood in Montreal while going to a French school. As a young man, he spent two years in Europe exploring his Germanic roots and the world of language. After graduating in International Studies from the University of Montreal, he cut his teeth in translation as a freelancer, quickly surrounding himself with fellow word nerds to feed a growing client base. Ten years later, he is still enthusiastically perfecting his craft.
